Home Inspectors are Deal Makers, not Deal Breakers.  You think that you are buying a quality, well maintained home.  Be sure.  Even the best of homes have issues.  You want to know up front what the faults are and be able to use them in your negotiating phase.  Sellers are often willing to fix a problem just to get the home sold.
